ELEPHANT'S FOOT PLANT! (A Really Interesting Plant!)

Elephant's Foot Plant Now this is a really interesting plant, the Elephant's Foot. Now I'm not really sure if the Elephant's Foot is categorized in the family of cacti or succulents, but check this out! :)

The Elephant's Foot has a flat wooden base that really does look similar to the largest wrinkly foot on an elephant. Every so often, the elephant's foot will shoot a thin green branch upwards, which will travel long distances as a vine. Sometimes the leaves at the very end will have a somewhat sticky texture to it.

Elephant's Foot PlantThe left and right photos show the Mexican elephant's foot variation, while the picture way below is the African variation.
