The latest cactus lovers submission are photos of a Crown of Thorns Cactus.

From what I have learned, the Crown of Thorns cactus starts out small but can grow as high as four to five feet tall. It flowers every year (see my two photos below) and has a hard, thorny brownish stem system to it.
